my site sometimes when cache enabled urls make extra text   /syndstyle/   WHAT IS?

this condition sef enabled and cache enabled.

if can disable the cache no problem.

sample url:
when cache status enabled:

or
http://www.etikhaber.com/content/syndst … w/73398/28

when cache status disabled:
-----------------------------------------
http://www.ehaber.com/content/blogcategory/16/28

or
