Now that we are closing in on the upcoming release (MiaCMS 4.8), we wanted to give everyone a heads up on a few developments.

Hi, I read the roadmap for 4.8 a couple of weeks ago and there are some great features coming. The versioning ability looks great (as do the rest of the changes). Has anyone got any idea how far we are now off being able to get our hands on 4.8 to play with ?

A few more days is all.  We are just wrapping up the OpenID bits.  We had hoped to be done by now, but Cem's been a little wrapped up lately and OpenID is his baby.  Talked with him last night and it seems things are progressing well now.  Stay tuned.

Thanks to all the dev's for the good work. I enjoyed viewing the presentation a couple of weeks ago, and getting to understand something about the roadmap.

I'm looking forward to N-level content, but I'll have to patiently wait for 5.x to arrive.
