I am pretty sure, one questions we will be getting a lot will be "will my existing language pack work with MiaCMS" . The answer is YES.
All the existing language packages for Mambo 4.6 will and (should) work with Mia with "absolutely" no changes.
I Just translated MiaCMS4.6.5 into Japanese. - Maybe release candidate:)
It seems to be working well so for.

we can host the translation on the MiaCMS project page on SourceForge (under Community Translations section - yet to be created)

The translations should still be fairly similar, but we will need to start porting them specifically for MiaCMS. We need volunteers from each of the mainly languages to helps make this happen. If you would like to help out with the Dutch translation effort let us know. We would like to create a "Community Translations" section under our SourceForge project page to help keep them all in one place. We could host the packages for our volunteers there.
If you need a dutch translator i can make some time free, but pleasse understand i can do this only in my free time ( i have a 8 hour job and need time for my own website)

Is it already possible to start translations for the 4.7 version
Is there any Swedish languagepacks somewhere here that is ready for download or doesnt it work that way?
I amnot quite finished readin all the info, but as far <as I have come, I understood Swedish is "supported", but dont yet know how to fix that, or did U just meen.... its ready for me to translate it myself?
At this time we do not have a Swedish translation. You are welcome to start that effort if you wish.
Could someone tell me, exactly, wich is the last mambo version I can use the language pack? I'm still evaluating MIA butI really need pt_br translations asap. Would be possible useing mambro 4.61 or 4.62 language files?

Yes that would be a fine starting point Iggy. You will have to do some additional translating yourself on top of those though because strings have been removed, changed, and added since those were made. Mambo 4.6.3 was the version we initially forked from.
PS - If you go through this and would like to share your translations with the community that would be great
