I have found some bugs in 4.9.
1. Language modules not working with nplurals=3 and 4. This is an old problem.

2. There is some broblem with js loading in IE.
I have prepared patch which correct this 2 problems.

There are more texts not included to laguage files. I.e. names of menu types from xml's files.

hi tmrow, the pots and default english po's have been regenerated to include the plural strings, apparently the xgettext command i used disregarded strings that were encapsulated in Tn_() which we use to handle plurals (T_() for singulars_, thanks for pointing it out. If you have time, please take it for a spin and let us know if it works for you now. The recent language changes is now in the SVN, also took liberty to apply a couple of the fixes you submitted specifically for phpgettext.class.php and apply.action.php. thank you very much.
